It is a unique, evidence-based treatment 1 that works to regenerate and restore the natural components of your skin foundation for more youthful-looking, firmer skin1. By stimulating the production of collagen and elastin, together with key components of the skin helps to give structure and support to sagging skin and helps smooth out wrinkles.2,3

When speaking about skin aging, we are actually talking about the process of collagen loss. When we are young, collagen is organized in a dense network that keeps our skin firm, smooth and radiant. Over time, the network loosens and the impulse to produce more collagen decreases. As a result, you begin to see the common signs of aging – such as skin laxity and wrinkles.4,5

How RADIESSE® works

RADIESSE® is composed of a defined range of tiny microspheres of calcium hydroxylapatite (CaHA) suspended in a gel. The CaHA microspheres create scaffolds that stimulate the body’s natural processes to produce new collagen and elastin. Over time, your body dissolves these tiny microspheres and the gel, leaving behind only your own newly formed natural collagen.6-12
